Evergreen Apartments

Designed by award winning architecture firm Hayball, Evergreen’s facade comprises a striking composition of timber-look aluminium extrusions.

One of our latest projects. Supply of Cladding & Balustrading for the Evergreen Apartments in Ivanhoe, VIC. The panels are a custom designed extruded aluminium which is coated in a timber-look finish called Knotwood. Approximately 20 km of material was processed & assembled at our Mitcham factory and transported to site.

After many months of hard work we can finally say the project is now complete! Massive thanks and congrats goes Frank & Trav at Crystal Building Services and to all the staff at MLCS who had a hand in creating this unique building. Everyone can be proud of all their hard work.
