Trentwood Apartments

Trentwood Apartments | Glen Iris, VIC

Completed in December 2017, Trentwood Apartments is a new property development by Kokoda Property, located in the leafy Melbourne suburb of Glen Iris.

The 92 Luxury Apartments were designed by award winning architects, Hayball and Carr Design Group.

Mitcham Laser supplied over 400 perforated aluminum balustrade panels, as well as Knotwood Aluminium balustrade and privacy screens.

The panels were processed at our Mitcham site, using one of our many stock perforating patterns and finished locally in a Dulux Charcoal Satin Powdercoat.

The timber-look battens were a custom designed and extruded 50×50 Aluminium profile created by the MLCS design team and were sublimated in Queensland by Knotwood in an “Eastern Mahogany” finish.

Each batten was processed and assembled by our skilled team and carefully transported to site. The products stand as a key design element to the build and we are very grateful to be involved in such a wonderful project.
