Central to our strategy is a twin station robot welding cell, using Motoman robots interfaced with 400 amp OTC digital pulse welders. This combination results in both flexibility and reliability for all our automated welding solutions.

In addition to this cell we also have two stand-alone Motoman robot welders using the latest Fronius CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) technology. This allows us to weld dissimilar metals together for applications in the automotive, medical and military sectors.
